Regular service trips across the peninsula
The Yorke Peninsula should not mean a participant waits months between appointments. We run fortnightly service trips that cover the Copper Coast and the central and southern peninsula, so in-person support is a regular, dependable part of a plan, not an occasional event.
On visit days we do the work that needs presence: assessment, observation in the real setting, and coaching the family and support workers. Between visits, telehealth keeps things moving with reviews and check-ins.

Telehealth is not a lesser service, it is the right tool for part of the work. Plan reviews, progress check-ins, and adjusting strategies as a participant changes all work well by video. That means the fortnightly rhythm of in-person visits is never the only contact a family has with us.
