When you make a referral or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, role, the service you are enquiring about, email, phone number, and the participant suburb or postcode. We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver behaviour support.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your referral or enquiry.
• Assess service availability and NDIS funding fit.
• Deliver and coordinate behaviour support if you become a client.
• Meet our obligations as a registered NDIS provider.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to deliver support or where we are required to by law. That may include the NDIA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and the clinicians and support team directly involved in a participant's care. We work with verified practitioners only.

How we protect it

Referral details submitted through this website are sent securely to our intake team and stored in line with our obligations as a registered provider. We hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a correction. Contact us by phone on 0428 495 086 and we will help.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, call us on 0428 495 086. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
