NDIS Social Work Services across South Australia

AASW accredited social work for NDIS participants. Practical advocacy, mental health support, complex case work, and the kind of cross-system experience that matters when a participant's situation is tangled across NDIS, the legal system, child protection, or housing. Delivered by accredited social workers across South Australia.

Key points

  • AASW accredited team, including accredited mental health social worker capability.
  • Mental health, advocacy, family work, and homelessness response in our background.
  • We work alongside Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination when both are needed.
  • Outreach across metro and regional SA, including the Yorke Peninsula and Mid North.

What our social workers do

Social work in the NDIS is about the human and systemic context around a participant's disability. We hold a clinical case view, advocate where advocacy is needed, support the family alongside the participant, and help unpick situations that other supports cannot reach. It is practical work that gets things done.

Mental health support

Our team includes accredited mental health social work capability. We support participants whose mental health is part of the picture, and we coordinate with treating clinicians where there is one. We do not pretend to be a psychiatry service, and we are honest about the line between what social work can do and what other supports are needed for.

AASW credential explained

AASW is the Australian Association of Social Workers, the national peak body. AASW Members have met defined education, supervision, and continuing professional development requirements. Accredited Mental Health Social Worker is a further AASW credential that recognises specific mental health expertise. We are proud to hold these credentials, and we name them clearly because they matter.

Funding under the NDIS

Social work is funded through Capacity Building line items depending on the participant's plan and goals. We confirm the line items and rates with you upfront, in line with the NDIS Price Guide.
