NDIS Support Coordination across South Australia
Support Coordination is the part of the NDIS that helps you understand your plan, find the right providers, and stay on track. We deliver Level 2 General Support Coordination across South Australia, in-person where it helps and by phone or video when it does not.
Key points
- Level 2 General Support Coordination, funded under Capacity Building.
- Plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants welcome.
- We coordinate behaviour support, therapy, daily supports, and housing pathways.
- We outreach to regional South Australia, not just metro Adelaide.
What support coordination does
A support coordinator helps you turn an NDIS plan into actual supports. We explain what each part of the plan funds, find providers who match your goals, arrange service agreements, and step in when something is not working. Where it helps, we attend stakeholder meetings and plan reviews on your behalf.
Level 2 General Support Coordination
We provide Level 2 General Support Coordination, which suits most participants. It helps you build a network of supports, understand your funding, connect with the right providers, and stay on top of how the plan is being used.
If your situation calls for Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination, we will tell you honestly and help you find a provider who offers it.
Cost and funding
Level 2 Support Coordination is funded under Capacity Building in your plan. We charge at NDIS Price Guide rates, never above them, and give you a clear picture of the hours upfront.
