How regional behaviour support actually works
Plenty of providers say they serve the Barossa. Few actually drive out there regularly enough to make it work. We do. Our model combines fortnightly in-person outreach with telehealth in between, so a participant in Tanunda or Kapunda gets continuous support rather than long silent stretches.
In-person time is used for what genuinely needs it: assessments, observation in the real environment, and hands-on coaching for the support team. Telehealth handles reviews, check-ins, and adjusting the plan as life changes.
Travel days you can plan around
Our outreach schedule is set in advance, so families and support coordinators can plan around it. If a visit day is missed, telehealth bridges the gap until the next one rather than leaving a participant without support.
